Planting transformation seeds: Start small, prototype the future, and learn from reality.

  • Transformation seed: Situational awareness

How are we delivering value to our customers or users? How is the world changing? Where are sources of worry for us? Why do we need to transform? And where does it make the most sense and give maximum impact to create transformation? That's what the first part of the transformation seed, situational awareness, is about.

  • Transformation seed: Prototyping

The best way to get to the future is not by creating an extended detailed plan. The best way is to start with prototypes. Experiments using the future way of working, the next-generation technology, and actually learning what it means by taking action!

  • Transformation seed: Scale or incubate

We need to nurture what we have created and scale it up. If the finalized result of our prototyping is left to survive on its own accord, our system's inertia will kill it. We need to give the benefits we have created time to spread and scale. Once we do that, we have planted a transformation seed that can grow and spread inside the organization.

How we do what we do

As strategy, transformation, and innovation consultants, we have worked with professionals in many different roles. From the C-level down to individual knowledge workers. The need for transformation exists at all levels and stretches from new ways of working to radical innovation. We have packaged the approach to achieve transformation at different levels in what we call a transformation seed. With our approach, we help you transform how you manage your portfolios, how projects are executed, and how you decide on and develop products and services.

Want to engage us for a transformation seed? We are available for introduction workshops or longer engagements. Longer engagements are executed in 2-week sprints. Engagements are usually six sprints or more.
